Peshawar: The Galiyat Development Authority (GDA) has invited expressions of interest (EOI) from certified firms for the construction of a 4 star (or above) category hotel in Nathia Gali, according to a publication. The applications have to be submitted latest by the end of March to Director General GDA, 2nd Floor ZTBL Building, Mansehra Road, Abbottabad.
As per the publication, the general scope of the work required by the bidders includes planning, designing, financing, management, construction and operation of the hotel. The applicants have been asked to direct their attention to the GDA-specified regulations for the project issued by all federal government departments.
The applicants are required to submit the EOI with their company’s profile, Clients’ Certificates, audited financial statements, Certificate of Incorporation, Letter of Association and a detailed history of all projects developed in the past.
The pre-qualification documents (PQD) containing eligibility criteria and process of evaluation for EOI are available at the GDA office during working hours. These PQD can be procured by submitting a non-refundable processing fee of PKR 50,000. The bidders can also download the PQD from www.gda.gkp.pk and submit PKR 50,000 with their documents.
