Gujranwala: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala recently announced its decision to extend its payments deadline for individuals who are yet to pay their last 5-marla plot file instalment, according to the authority’s official social media page. The new deadline has been set for March 31.

The authority issued some 4,000 plot files for 5-Marla residential plots back in 2018, with a PKR 300,000 down payment required for each plot. The file holders were asked to clear their dues in quarterly instalments, the duration of which was set to expire this month. However, to facilitate the file holders, DHA extended the deadline for the final instalment.
The registration fees for these plots is PKR 10,000 and the transfer fees has been set at PKR 15,000.
