Jhelum: The Citi Housing Society management recently announced the launch of its ‘Exclusive Overseas Eiffel Tower Block’ in the city, a new source reported. The project was launched during a ceremony held at the Mayfair Hotel.

Citi Housing Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Maryam Hamza said that the project featured 5-marla and 10-marla residential plots; priced under PKR 2 million and PKR 4 million respectively.

She further stated that the national economy was previously seen to plummet, but the investment activity had witnessed improvement since then.
Jhelum Overseas Eiffel Tower Block Managing Director Rana Zahid Ali said that ‘with a down payment of £1500 and 26 monthly payments of £310’, any client could own a 5-marla plot in ‘one of the best areas in Jhelum’.

He further stated that security was the main concern for overseas investors; adding that situation had changed as foreign websites had termed Pakistan an exciting destination. The investment from UK customers had increased in the last few months, he further stated.

Citi Housing Director Hamza Raza Malik said that the prices of the plots would be revised after two months and were expected to increase by 25% in the coming months. We have provided all the relevant facilities such as hospitals and schools in the housing scheme, he added.
