Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has invited claims from the affectees of selected mouzas in Sectors I-11, I-12 and E-12, according to a publication. As per the source, the civic authority was recently directed by an Islamabad High Court (IHC)-mandated commission to resolve the grievances of these individuals on a priority basis.
As per the notification, the CDA has invited claims from affectees who have not been compensated and received any rehabilitation benefits against land and built up properties.

Affectees that have stakes in the following mouzas of sector I-11 and I-12 are to contact the CDA:
- Mouza Bokra
- Mouza Sorain
The claims invited for sector E-12 are for the following mouzas:
- Baikar Fateh Baksh
- Baikar Akku
- Dharik Mohri
- Bara Dari
- Siri Saral
- Golra Sharif

The claim applications relating to compensation and rehabilitation benefits against Land and Built Up Properties have been asked to be submitted to Mr Arshad Mehmood, Focal Person, Room #10, Land & Rehabilitation Section, Land Directorate. This will ensure that the process to settle these claims can be completed at the earliest possible time.
