I’m an overseas pakistani and want to buy house or villa. Is there any good opportunity for buying villas or houses on instalments in a decent location in islamabad. Please suggest some good projects as i’m currently in pakistan and would like to get the deal done before i go back overseas. Thanks

- Phase 8 (BT - in RWP not ISB) but good place and some good options available.
18 Islamabad is also one of the options but on higher side on prices.

My budget is up to 12 to 13 million rupees but can stretch it a little bit more if there is any better opportunity beyond than my current budget. Is there any particular group/company offering villas on instalments you can recommend in Bahria Enclave or B-17 which I should check and investigate. Also what would you recommend from future value appreciation point of view. Thanks
Apart from yours picked locations, in bahria phase8 Fazal builders is one of the best builders which can be explored. They build and sell houses. Their work can be seen all over phase8. After RRR, phase8 will appreciate in Shaa Allah.
In your budget you can get a 7 marla double story house built with top class workmanship with A class material.

as far as B-17 and BE, there can be a lot available on installments. Add Gulberg Residencia to the list too.
Some as below, rest you can google around. It depends on your preference, normally the house on cash worth 10 Million may reach 13+ Million on installments of max 2 years. If you can somehow wait for 2 years buy a plot and than manage to construct you can really achieve that below 10 Million (assuming a proper 5 or 6 Marla) price range for those locations.
Following are some random picks with details publicly available. There are many other options and a personal visit can help even more. As AQ sb said BT-P8 future also seems good.
Not sure about others but in Bahria construction cost can be a little bit more due to some construction regulations to be followed.
