Or atleast roads previous due are cleared, if CDA is really into opening this road its not more than 6 months of work but I belive they are not serious more so becuse of political reasoins. What effect this road shall have on Bahria Town ? I belive negative

Lets wait 3 months and see what happen. I would say if CDA complete MA in next 06 months not 03 months still is far better. If the Contractor of the MA road get his stuck 15 crore from CDA then I hope it will complete.

Lets assume that MA is completed very soon, still B-17 is the last sector I would invest in.
I think its better to invest in small plot of D-12 as its prices will increase more with MA. B-17 will still be a long story even with MA !!

Well great news for B17, lets be optimistic aur chairman ki batan laitay hain, then prospects for b17 seems very bright in the coming 2 years as the quality of standard is great. Lets hope they resolve the issue of D block as well, so that some of our friends who are having negative feelings also turn positive.
Waisay what do experts predict. How much B17 can appreciate in terms of prices, my personal guess is with the work starting on MA, it will appreciate around 50% more what it is at the moment.
In time B17 will be 70% of D12 price insha Allah wait and see and pray for MA
@ Zafar Ullah, you being over optimistic here :), though i like it as i have my own investments in C block. Well yes you are right if B17 keeps up with the developments and also solve the issues of possession issues in D and E.
Well people will always like to live close to the center although facilities in CDA developed sectors are miserable.
Zeeshan if MA is complete I am sure about the rise of B17. D12 is the benchmark, it will never reach D12 but will reach 60-70% of its price insha Allah but there are issues that need to be resolved before this happens.

Seems like Zone-2 is ready for boom especially B-17 like it flew in mid 2013.
Multi is ready for jump because restart of work on Margalla Avenue will coincide with grant of possession in Orchards and B-17 (Block E). This road will reduce the distance to Islamabad for Orchards as well.
But are we really near boom time or will the political tension in Islamabad keep prices down?
