I don't know what is going on in B-17 as i am out of country.Dealer called me for my plots in E blocks 2100,2200,2400 series three weeks before offer me 65 and yesterday offer me 75 lakh.Can someone share me ground reality?Why prices are jump in days?

Don’t sell if you dont have nay other urgent need. There is atleast 20%-30% jump in next 1 year.
Best to sale from B-17 and move to Faisal Residencia as quickly as possible. B-17 is past now, hype is for dealers to offload their inventory.
Good news is coming for Faisal Residencia and being CDA approved project it will surpass B-17 which is Tehsil Taxila except Block A&B of B-17.

Why do you think the increase is not real and only hype?
Well compare its prices with all developed societies in ISB/RWP and you will find that still the rates are far lower than those. After few jumps in near future i think organic raise will keep growing. No idea about Faisal Residencia right now, please explain why its going to get any jump soon? Also FMC rates are still 20% lower than the adjecent B-17 blocks so I think it can jump atleast 10% in next 1-2 months.
Gents, the equation is simple: Fire-up GMaps, calculate whichever project you wanna access from 0-Point. Price proportional to Distance.
B-17 is awesome, will grow further, but it's pricing less than those in closer proximity to RWP/ISB and there is a reason ...

I am not in love with B-17 or any other. I was right when I predicted that B-17 will rise, surely it did, but now the ride is over.
Good news is coming for Faisal Residencia and big dealers of B-17 already spotted this wind therefore moving out of B-17 towards FR.
