In bahria phase 1-6, civic center, you can have a two bed apartment around 55-60 Lacs on cash Payment. The rent will be minimum 25,000 per month at 10% raise per annum.
Appreciation is not like a plot investment but after Islamabad highway gets signal free, you might get even better rental value plus appreciation.
This part of baria is getting abnormal boost as ’ Paradise Commercial" is in the making which is huge value addition to phase 1-6.
Find the one in the plaza with escape stair route & good parking place at frontage.

I want 2bhk apartment for good family new model full of happy and well comfortable home.

What about I -16 PHA flats. They were recently inaugurated by PM IK. They are near to possession. Lifts are pending. You can get 3 bed apartment in your budget. After Golra morr underpass this side will appreciate obviously

I-series apartment are good as far as economical accomodations and rent but they seriously deteriorate their value overtime …

I-12 PHA flats due to location can be a better bet than I-16

You can also consider Bahria Hills apartments in Bahria Town phase 7 which are within walking distance to DHA 1 F sector mosque, mini commercial extension shops/banks/eateries and also within walking distance to BT P7 food street, Business Bay/Spring North commercials.

I came across the project Roman Grove in DHA Phase 1- Sector F and I thought that will also make a good investment. You can get a studio or 1-bed flat in your budget and I think it will be a great place to have an asset in because:

It’s in DHA, so the value will appreciate
The project is developed by a strong party with already a few projects in twin cities
It’s near business district so offers good approach

I thought you should check it out if you are looking for a more glamorous option.

Can someone please elaborate for me.
I am considering to invest in a 2 bed apartment project in bahria phase 8, called Spring arch. it will cost 90 lakh, and its offered in installments for three years, is the price fine?

The developer looks very fine, but how much do you think the value will increase when its build. And how much can one expect with rent in that apartment.

If you are into an apartment on installments, my bet is either in Top City or Gulberg Greens.

Dear, Benefits should be taken in this economic/Political condition. I would suggest investment in Bahria (Education and Medical City) Lahore.
