Can anyone suggest a ready to move 1 or 2 bed flat in islamabad, preferably near new islamabad airport in any cda sector?
I tried to search in the forum but could not find any thread.

there can be many options in ISB in the 3 million bracket. However, to consider your preference "New New ISB Airport + Ready to Move in", so following may be suitable options in the price range of 2.5 to 3.5 million.
Proper CDA sectors have PHA flats but better to also go for cooperative societies developed as CDA sectors or Societies with the NOC - they will have much better facilities than CDA ones and better value for money.

- F-18
Some other general information that may help others too
* Pricing between 5000 - 7000/sq. ft can be good enough deal.
* Size matters in terms of Sq. Ft. A 1-bed of size 700 sq. feet can be better than a 2-bed of 650 sq. ft.
* Circulation area (the walk way/gallery) is outside the apartment but is included in the size of the apartment and pricing calculation.
* At many locations apartments at higher floors (having better view, ventilation and sunlight) may be a bit expensive than the ones at lower level.
* Avoid the ones in basement. They can be a bit cheap but bad for air circulation and humidity + sun light. Go for the ones at ground or above
Check Defence Residency apartment at entrance of Dha phase 2. U can get 804sqft in 3m bracket.
Yes, there can be many options available but GG, BT, DHA and alike locations, unfortunately do not fit the basic criteria as follows...
