Rawalpindi Ring Road

No, it’s not just the internet/BT/any other sort of connectivity that makes an Electronic system vulnerable. As the names implies Electronic (electrical/digital Input, Process, Output) even an isolated machine with punching buttons can be progrmmed that certain button press has a glitch or programmed to manipulate. Here we talk of a system where even 1% error might be unacceptable and no physical trail. There is electronic system or machine that can be referred to as Perfect.

It’s not always the Hacker it’s Phisers and Manipulators who can manipulate the data with leaving no physical trace. The system that can deploy Survellience Cameras in Senate Election Booths can go to any length!!

This machine is totally passive & a group of top IT professionals can be deputed to dig in for any shortcoming.
Sure if made by Pakistani, another Pakistani can doctor it but 20,000 and even more fake votes been registered in 1000s of constituencies and this machine after rigourous checks can at least improve voting to some level.

The point: Yes, the system to be debated, consensus developed, and prototypes implemented to see what potential it holds towards empowering electoral reforms.

Those resisting it’s deployment or it’s push in next elections refered to as Haram Khor and Cheaters is a No-brainer by any means…

When Shibli says it’s not Hackable anyone can know how joke of an attempt that is to sell it to PAK public!

Elections are expensive, billions of rupees are spent on general elections. Right now whatever rigging is happening, it is happening internally by parties but imagine in a foreign government like hostile India is able to interfere with elections, cause disruptions or delays. Country can go in a bad state not to mention loss of taxpayer money in the process. Govt needs to show proof that foreign nations cannot interfere with elections using electronic voting.

Hacking needs some sort of connectivity.
Put it in a very simple way…how can you hack a simple calculator sitting on a table?
Word " hacking" is wrongly quoted here in this thread
To do rigging, you need to break the passive controller and if you do , it will wash out and by-elections would happen in that polling station.
I am sure the genius Pakistanis are, a near to perfect mode & architecture can be devised in-house.
If Taliban can beat the whole world technology’s, why not the best ever Pak IT experts could do that?

Its not just the Hack its the Manipulation (underlying algos and source code) that can intentionally or unintentionally make a system to malfunction. Furthermore, Electronic data is preserved on storage that is prone to corruption. If you don’t backup, its a misery, if you do you need a connection and that can be disastrous.

As reiterated earlier, in such system even 1% chance can be catastrophic.

No one denies the role of tech, howver to push that in haste is a calling for the disaster …

Even if code problem exists, hard vote is still in the box.
If you are so concerned & up for night then why do not you watch the Clip till end & then prepare shortcomings?
Sleep well dear . …

Dear Humayyun shb, somehow i am unable to find link of your video on phase 8 extension. I wanted to ask is it advisable to buy 10 marla there? Which precinct is better? Or all are same as Bahria has a history of relocating the plots.

Here you can get theanswers Nabeel bhai

Great videos and excellent analysis. Got most of my answers. Just one remained: should someone buy in any
Precinct as Bahria has a history of relocating the plots? Is it possible that during possession bahria relocate the plot and one lose 7 to 8 lakh.
Or someone should stick to the areas you mentioned near possession or under development?

brother try to buy developed plot. there will be no relocation.

secondly relocatin can be inthe same precinct only on requirement. but not mandatory.

shall upload another updated video tomorrow. so just wait.

Ring road seems to be in trouble again
Its not gonna start this fiscal year

On the subject of EVMs, on same thread

Top Judges getting 2 plots in same ballot (random computerised), prime location and 3 of them have neighbouring plots!! If these ballotting process can be rigged for a few plot imagine the mess that can be created when its about ruling the whole country via EVMs!!

On the other hand, the provincial government approved the summary of the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) to work on a new project to construct the Ring Road measuring 38-kilometre long from Rawat to Thalian on government funding instead of Public-Private Partnership basis.

Earlier, the RDA sent the PC-I of the Ring Road to the Planning and Development Board but it rejected it, asking the civic body to remove the project from the list of public-private partnership mode.

Upon this, the Public Private Partnership Authority led by Chief Minister Usman Buzdar gave approval to change the mode of construction from public-private partnership to government funding and sought a revised PC-I from Rawat to Thalian.

“The RDA is working on the bypass from Grand Trunk Road (Rawat) to Motorway near Thalian and it will be submitted to the Punjab Development Working Party (PDWP) for consideration in the next meeting,” said a senior RDA official while talking to Dawn.

He said the Punjab government released Rs50 million for the feasibility study two weeks ago, adding that now, it would be a bypass instead of Ring Road and the new land acquisition would be made after approval of the provincial government.
