Thanks Abdul Qayum sab for good news, and bahria has no direct access to ring road yet as per interchange info may be due to politics but i hope bahria will be given access in future if not now, as bahria will contribute huge population around ring road in future.

Yes, sir, it seems MR again lost his case with politicians and may be bad news for phase-8 but I still did not check the google to see the route.
But I think there may be some good out of bad. MR was very slow in extension and part of phase-8 on the ring road and now if BT is not getting its share, He may speed up the development in, for example,sections of the F block, which would otherwise on the ring road.
But, sir, if Ch Nisar took it away from phae-8 then it has to be longer, costing RDA more?

I think we shall wait till final design comes out. NESPAK submitted the initial design to RDA and final design is not concluded yet!

Don't be sad Investor and remember there is big fish(Dha) near by Bahria.
Bahria have two cards if RR will not pass Bahria then Bahria and Dha will use both cards because Bahria have lot of land.
One side they will touch Adiala Road interchange and other hand Chakbeli Road interchange.Game is not yet over.There is two to three ways still in Bahria hand.
CN un khiladion ma sa ha jo na to khailtha hain ior na khailna datha hain that's why his area is backward.

Yes, Nadeem Sahab: I know DHA took big chunk of land from MR almost 01 year before. The land is around the swan river. I know one man who was involved in the buyout. CN is levelled with GHQ so hope is there.
Thanks. Just sharing a 2011 document on the Ring Road Project and based on the AQ sb post above, i dont see much has changed since the original plan. It wont be exact same but approx same as stated in the below link.. Its a PDF file.
My comment earlier isn’t approved where i shared the 2011 Plan of RDA for the ring road. Looking at AQ post, i see approximate same route even in the submitted plan. You guys can google for it and you will find it as Zameen may not be approving any outside links here on forums.

The way things are moving, it seems another new Islamabad airport game!
Initially airport budget was almost the same as of ring road but later corrupt cartel inflated to near 80 billions.
The airport time span transformed into a master joke!
Same could be seen for the ring road now. Politicians are fighting over the route. RDA has never been able to present a decent project so far!
I can bet 33 km will be stretched to 40 or even more just to satisfy the godfather of Pindi????
I hope the cartel will not delay it like airport, corruption!!! NO problem as we are bedding with it every single day!

Well said AQ. Actually from what i came to know long time back... Shahbaz Sharif son already bought huge amount of land around the proposed route and hence i dont see that the route will change much. Now the reason i can't claim i saw land registries in his name but this was talk of the town when i was looking at some land further ahead of Phase 8 after one local village.
Again dont hold me for it as i put a clear disclaimer on the news

The news is that if bypass road does not come inside phase-8, the Bahria Town expressway would still touch the bypass! How? Before the river or after the river, I leave it to your intuition!
It seems if that is the case then MR expressway will get path from DHA as DHA has garbled lots and lots of land there!

As i shared before RR will be the part of Bahria and Dha because Bahria keep spare land and waiting to develop phase8 ext.I think Bahria and Dha will touch before the river.

Yes Nadeem Sahab, it seems so. Yours earlier stated route through Gorakhpur still stays if this thing does not become another Kala bagh dam!
