Just today I bought course books of my family kids and astonished that how come I am seeing comprehensive Islamic knowledge will be taught to every kid.
For the last 70 years, you change a tiny thing in education ministry, the govt would be on the way to go…
What Imran has performed bravely & aggressively on international front, is making more sick the sick minds!

Secondly B17 Non developed 5 marla plot file price is above 50 lacs now. DHA 3 non developed 5 marla plot file price is far higher. Even gulberg 5 marla near to Kahuta city and away from islamaba plots are around 24 lacs, then how can bahria phase 8 extension 5 marla semi developed land file can trade around 16 to 20 lacs only? i feel there are much potential profits.

Secondly attock loop of RRR has come to an end. All its investment fom there is coming to main loop and the Bahria 8 extension The best developer project is still very much under value.

Thirdly oversease pakistanis prefer Bahria & DHA aand they invest in groups collectively. The main phase 8 of bahria prices are very high now almost at the par with B17. So there is a huge class of people who want to invest in bahria pindi but only 8 extension is within their budget.

Unless delivered, have a file of Ext in hand and try to sell off (litmus test) you will have the answer to your question : ). RRR hype gave and edge but Ext. at its own without hype and rumors is a dead horse …

You are well knowledgeable than me on most issues and know better.

As they say: Reputation Precedes the Man… Reputation of Ext. reaches way before to ears of investors/end buyers before file reaches their hands. Let any project get stalled for a decade and it will be pretty much a trash unless delivered …

MA will help divert private traffic coming from north towards east. It will bring traffic inside city.

Whereas RRR wil divert the big south populaion towards north. Either private or commercial traffic. It will divert traffic to continue teir journey towards north instead of wastng the time & space inside the city.

Imtiaz bhai. Bahria is willing to handover old projects as wsoon as possible to start new phases & sectors. RRR is a great opportunity for DHA & Bahria. DHA has purchased a vast land around RRR for its future phase 8 9 10.

Where as being a local by blood & alien by residence since 3 generations, i know it well in early 2001-5 bahria has purchased a very vast land here from our relatives. That no one can imagine. All that land is useless untill bahria announce any new phase or sector there. Bahria cant increase its income untill it gets trabsfer fee from all non utilized land.

8 extension lost its interest in 2012-14 when bahria went to launch BTK. That has become an everyday embaresment for Malik riaz. Anyways BTK seemsto be a hard lesson for bahria.

Not only transfer fee, Raja sb, the possession, the map, the development, the commercials given to the selected dealers, the security charges …
There is huge income for bahria from new & existing developments.

Now Pindians are realising that getting a plot in muhallas cost min 7-8 Lacs per marla with no sewage system, no security, poor water supply But only ever increasing taxes from cantt & RDA, better to move where life is seems like a gift & phase-8 is the only answer for to shift with low budget…
Bahria orchard is only few km from RRR with its old design.
A 5 marla developed plot still in easy approach…25 Lacs with wide streets.
A 10 Marla is touching now 60 Lacs & rising…

The trouble now is that these so called " senior anchors" have been bady beaten by the new " breed of YouTubers" & these seniors are losing importance every day which passes by…
If you remember in Dr Shahid Masood in Zenab case hearing…the judge requested Hamid Meer upon how to treat Dr Shahid & Hamid Mir acted like a judge in the court room…
Then these so called seniors tried their best to get the YouTubers off the social media.

@Asad one can debate the performance of this govt on economic and diplomatic fronts, which had 4 finance ministers in 3 years and a clown foreign minister who ended up loosing Kashmir to India, and clout with bedouin. We can also compare their tall claims of devolving power to local bodies but ending up in messed up local government in Punjab and a dysfunctional one in KPK.

But such debate can only be done rationally with objectivity in mind. Not by chanting slogans and pushing moronic thoughts and videos on this forum.

True abdul qayyum bhai. A pindi muhalla house even cost mote than a beautiful bahria town house. Since last 5 years bahria 8 getting populated quickly. And in next 5 years i feel there will only few plots left for sale. This is the right time for bahria to handover orchard & extension as soon as possible & announce new projects After RRR ets completed , on either sides of the RRR.

Now the likes of Siddiq Jans and Arshad Sharifs have been promoted, free tours around and protocols to promote and spit out the narrative of fascist functionaries along with Difaai Tajzia Nigaars (only achieveemnt during Difaii Job to have some free plots, trading files and dirt cheap agricultural lands) … The problem with these 5G warriors, having no journalistic ethoes will go into dog fight on very first instance … Offer them good ‘Chai-Paani’ and these vloggers will do any vlog for anyone …

Humayyun bro, I try my best but when toxicity exceeds the limit then I am forced to give dose of antitoxin. That keeps the situation under control for 24 hours and then the venom hits again.

But then I see sane guys like yourself not reacting when non-stop youthia-nama is uttered and videos are posted. In all fairness, it should be everyone’s job to give shut up call to the instigator.

I see no harm in discussing politics that impacts real estate sector. But when someone takes it personal and goes off the hook, then someone has to bring order.
