Future of Bahria is bright plus appreciation is expected. I don't have the map rite now but tomarrow i will give you exact assessment of this plot after checking it on map.

Phase 8 was ignored for many years & its prices were stagnant. Its prices were way behind from other projects of same capacity. From last one year; its prices started to increase and from last one month prices are rising dramatically due to unknown reasons. Its future looks quite promising.

Now if what Mr Irfan says is true then I would be very cautious about the property because when the prices rise dramatically then its rather dangerous for the prices might fall dramatically as well. Quite illuminating comment by Mr Irfan :)

I do not expect phase-8 prices to be decreased with the same pace as it increased because now pbase-8 prices comes at the level which it deserved. Keeping in mind the babria town facilities, continuous development and worth living place; phase-8 is not over-priced as yet. Yes; correction is possible in near future which is always due after such price increase every where. These are just my comments and I may be totally wrong in judgment.
