i received call yesterday from PVC office as the balloting of the extension block will be held by 15th june 2019. Let see.

Any news for New access Road? Nowadays no sale purchase advertisement in newspapers from property agents. Are PVC is dead society now? No Map for Extension Area. Can anyone enlighten me about the future of PVC.
My interpretation could be wrong. 1 man show projects somehow suffer when the star man feels the heat. Any negative events in personal capacity of MR does impacts BT (perception and market). Same goes with PVC and Aleem Khan.
May be not, but this is my perception. It did raised eyes brow too in the manner in which NOC was obtained. It was well advertised and marketed with good hype. Now things seem stagnant since Aleem Khan is politically low profile and with NAB stuff. It does creates hurdle. No wonder if CDA throws the planned access into cold storage as, CDA known for crap behaviour.
Projects affiliated with politicians can be gold mines as long as politician in power. As soon as power transforms those projects and investors could feel the heat in the name of NAB and political victimization. Something similar happened to Saad Rafique projects.
See the case of Safa Gold Mall, as far as CDA showing its back in broad day light.
visited last week and for some reason all development work has stopped in Park View. Asked a dealer and he said that due to bad economy money stopped flowing in to the project even investors who booked are now trying to exit out and not making their installments.
Agreed with Imtiaz Bhai, I also stop my installment as things does not seem positive.PVC is successful only once get access from Main kurri road. The previous record shows CDA can change stance at any time. In Pakistan Investor is always in danger Zone. Hope for the best.PVC management should take the necessary steps to win the trust of buyers.

Bad News, One more Addition to Failed Societies of Pakistan. It is understood that if no New Access, CDA will cancel NOC as it is required by CDA new Regulations.

Access getting much better and proper. heard that they are planning to launch Overseas Block sometime soon.
I went to PVC yesterday.
The much talked about access road can be divided into two parts
CDA Land
Park view city's own land
The road is complete with 6 lanes on CDA land and it doesn't seem that there is any dispute left between CDA & the society.
For the second part which is on the society land, the work is in progress in full swing.
I must mention that I entered into the society from this very under-construction road. The initial work on the road has been completed and the gravel is being thrown on the paved way.
The road is to be completed within 6 weeks. I suppose its a good time to retain/purchase.
What about J block, Any activity started there? What is the status of Access Road? Can anybody update, please?
J Block is right in front of the newly built road and is ideal because of it being mostly commercial.

I have heard that development work is ongoing the Park View City Islamabad. The blocks A and B are even offering possession and I have even heard that block C and F will also start giving possessions in three months.
The road carpeting work is being completed and sewerage installation is already complete. Trade-wise block A, B and C are selling in market after the rates have been revised. The society is good for a medium term investment.
How to get waived off from the late payment surcharge?
