Khan if you can provide me cheaper option in Cabinet then fine. Lets finalize within this month. Otherwise you are just wasting time especially your own with these silly warnings.
No level options available in kanal size below 40-42 lakhs.

sir, which level plots of kanal size are available in the range of 40-42 lacs-ordinary or good location; would be grateful to you if u mention the street No. As well. Furthermore, is the cabinet market stable or increasing/decreasing?
I have searched in many streets. Category plots are in 50s range while ordinary ones but level are in 40s range. Basement plots can be purchased in mid to late 30s. Market has increased in last 3 months. It may rise some more but not too much this year I guess.
Some people allege that the recent increase in cabinet prices is artificial/temporary & the result of a few dealers game sitting there and the rates might fall back in the near future. Respected forum members are requested to shed light on this aspect as well.
Typically Cabinet holds its prices. Recent price increase is based on increase in construction projects and gas installations. Plus interest in this area due to Faisal Residencia.
But there is lack of genuine clients in the market; hence increase in rates and that too all of a sudden (during month of Ramadan) is not understandable. I may be wrong but thats my personal analysis.
You should try to negotiate fullest. Some seller will come down to your offer if there are not enough buyers.

It is in 35 to 40 range
I have asked property dealers about this but no level plot in this range
I asked for information on canal plot from my property dealer who deals in G-15. He said E-17 and D-17 prices are increasing in Zone 2 fastest because of initial underpricing. Now it is upward adjustment.
