Now a days every seller demanding higher side prices for their plots however any needy seller can sell his plot in 12 lac, around 13 to 13.50 lac 5 marla plot is easily available.

@Khalid Javaid is pricing going down because about one month before i can’t find 5 Marla plot in 16 lac with all dues clear. Now you have mention 13 Lac its surprise for me.

Prices are stable that rise was due to the announcement of Airport road access,people were demanding 16 lac however there was no mature trade on that price.

There is no construction has been started except one in MC. Current access is from Fateh Jang road.

What is that one construction being started? Is someone building a house or is society management building something themselves in mumtaz city?

So, in worst case if access via KH is not available or not given then Fateh Jang road would be the main access for MC, is that road good enough to be used frequently? and if I am not wrong Airport Enclave adjacent to MC would be there as well so access cannot be an issue MC towards FJ road?

It seems like you're working/dealing in MC, kindly tell me what are the different prices of developed/under developed and undeveloped plot of 5/8 marla?

There is no issue of access from fateh jang road & u r right

Airport Enclave is adjacent to MC however Airport Enclave have only access through fateh jang road but the MC from both sides KH/FJ raod.
