What about it? Things have changed and are changing on daily basis in Jinnah Gardens.... Jinnah Gardens will be at lest as good as others in the area very very soon.

Under zone-V I did not find Jinnah Gardens.

"Best location and Best development".
But jinnah gardens is highly unreliable, I personally got two plots here 6 years ago, at that time my plots were near main highway but they changed the map nd now plots have been shifted way off the highway in street no 238…I tried my bit to get my plots in that vicinity but found no positive response from anyone… 
Every second home is for sale in sawan garden, the same FECHS project as i know due to very poor sanitation and sewarage issues. They are paying no attention after possesion. So i hope Jinnah garden have not the same fate. Jinnah garden extension going on very massively, just streets and streets with out any parks/masjids open areas and commercial area. Long streets even without crossing to near by streets. What be the future of that congested area. So myself dislike it when visited the area.
But due to good marketing and dealers network, rates are good their in comparision to near by societies.
Hi, I may be wrong but Korang Town and Jinnah Gardens are FECHS projects and Swan Gardens is not an FECHS project.
Hows Media Town? Is it worth investing at Media Town?

Hi, Media Town is in Zone 5, it is listed under UN-AUTHORISED HOUSING SCHEMES (ZONE-5) ... As per the following document of CDA...
Korang town, Swan Garden and Jinnah Garden are FECHS projects. V sure
Madia town and NPF both are vary good developed areas and rates are in comparison to PWD/pakistan town. No impact seen there of any CDA nagative listing.
