Investment in dha quetta

Re: Peace promotion (and goodwill etc.).

Yes, Baluchistan and Quetta needs that, actually state owes it since long!, no doubts.

However, my humble view, to expect it coming from DHAs or BTs (or alike entities), not the case. For them, its pure business, nothing more and nothing less.

I would recommend, Military Inc., (initially recommended by AQ sb), reflects fair bit of details, lots of space in book discusses DHAs.

I have to get my hands on that book. Many people have recommended it but I just never had the chance to get around to reading it.

But I understand where you are coming from, sir. I didn't imply they have our best interest at heart, it's just that some of these positives will be a natural outcome of the project regardless of what the original motivations and intentions behind it may be.

Yes we have seen greater risk end up as greater rewards too. Good luck Dha quetta and congrats to Queeta and baloxhistan ppl for having a great oppurtunity to live better living.love from punjab and i want to bless you peace.Sorry if i discriminate but all i wanted to avoid common man from hype some create and loot innocent investore . Around 25 is safe buy and long time hold .

Good discussion on the topic. Understandable that its a long term investment. My question is why there has been such a sharp decline in its prices… From 70 to 25…is it normal? What can be possible reasons

No its not normal. Now later people came to know its 50,000 acre 4 lac kanal total Dha Queeta and phase 1 is 8000 acre 64000 kanal.which is quite big considering population of queeta and balochistan.even Multan prices got hit due to first phase being 9000 acre and 50k plot came in market in population of 40 lac.... Dha queeta is good for local residents who willing to make home near queeta in 10 to 15 years.

Never compare Dha queeta with Dha peshawar , peshawar was 10,000 kanal only and announced in 2007 and it was very near to good societies their.i doubt dha queeta will come to 15 to 18 lac per kanal

Well in my opinion DHA Quetta has a lot of potential to rise in next 2-3 years… Its launching installment files very soon and development would start in Mar 2020…Unlike Peshawar where development started after location ballot therefore process increased from 55 lac to 150 lac within 1 year… Same is expected in Quetta where process would double at least from present 25 lac to 50 lac by end 2020… And in 2-3 years for sure it will cross 1 crore.though it has more inventory as compared to Peshawar…Now talking of Multan though good location but many thousands plots aval but no buyer…Demand and supply issue…Bahawalpur could not recover since its launch till now… There are too many DHAs in Punjab but Balochistan d and KPK only 1 each… Moreso how many actual client who intends making houses in Multan or Bahawalpur are aval in these cities, buying power??? Moreso Bahawalpur and Multan are just 1 hr drive so people don’t prefer Bahawalpur over Multan either… SO in nutshell every DHA has its own merits and demerits ,u cant discard DHA Quetta… Its just matter of time 2-3 years it would be very very different.

Do you guys think DHA Quetta will rise in next 3 or 4 years ?
