Can anyone share update of Gandhara city. What is its future?
Location and development is very good but at the moment the owner of the society is showing no interest that has resulted a halt in prices.
I can't understand the reason behind this, except that they may be purchasing the plots from people who are stuck there...and after sometime they again start advertisement campaign as they did in 2018....also, they have some non-developed land at the back side....so they might offer files and attract low income customers..
At the moment, the only reason that I see is that the owner is not paying any attention...otherwise if he shows a little interest...even a couple of banners and road markings on Srinagar Highway, then the trading activity may start again

Sir everything is fine nothing to worry, 1st phase is almost developed now it's up to plot holders when they decide to start construction of houses.
Future of GandharaCity is bright like TopCity1 & MumtazCity.

I visited their office today and got the news that they are launching new bookings…plan has been submitted to RDA for phase 2 / extension and soon they will be launching files on good rates
