Could you kindly share the latest development status of GC... Is the gate complete now? What about expected possession of plots? They were promising possession in six months?
Are the society doing booking of new plots or plots are available in re-sale market only?

Development speed is good, gate is near to completion, hopefully possession would be given on time as promised by GC. No new booking yet, available plots are in re-sale.

In current scenario prices are on lower side in Gandhara City as compare to Top City & Mumtaz City, Its good option of investment for those who thinks that TC & MC prices are now out of their reach.

project's total land id 450 Kanal,presently very limited plots just around 350 & GC management is planing to extend the society in near future.Totally sold project,current prices in resale are as under
