Khan sb one more thing i know 4 indls who got lucky in getting dha pesh plots and 3 out of them are interested in selling only one is interested in keeping it. Three indls who are interested in selling are holding it for time being with an assumption of more increase in it.

successful applicants have started receiving letters from dha now... What if more indls are interested in selling than keeping it then do you see more increase in it

Very interesting situation indeed. At the moment things look a bit unpredictable. The coming month or so, market wil establish its direction. Until the status is wid dwn pymnt, i see intrst frm market. As u know sellers, i know buyrs as wel. The dmnd for 10 marla wil b on higher side n more sale purchase i foresee.

it is strongly recommended that you dont sell your DHA Peshawar installment plots. Since winners were too few demand is very strong for buying espacialy from Karachi residents from KPK.

Hold for 3 years if possible.

What are the prices for non-installment I.e., fully paid 10 M and 1 K plots?

@Mr khan ....sir without map ,how good a deal it may be ,and so to be unsure of corner non corner as well?

Quite possible to end up in a ditch or near some nala(natural sewerage line)......but on contrary waiting above 1 -or 2 years can result in an unacceptable price hike as well.....whats your take on that?

Dk, you are right. At the moment the files are selling on the name of DHA and not location or category... Since map will take some time to release.. Therefore, we could see price increase or stability at this level till release of map...

After balloting for map, plots will be sold based on their location.... Start of development work will also increase the prices... So the potential is there in DHA Peshawar.

People who will take the risk of next balloting for allocation of plot numbers, could get lucky and getting some good location plots... Which will certainly have higher prices as compared to ordinary location plots.

So, i think it is win win situation, if you sell immediately or wait till the investment matures.

Good question... You are putting in hard situation.

I personally don't intend to invest in either for three years... I do short term investments for weeks or months and not for years.

Now, to answer your question..... If I would to choose between the two, I think my selection would be DHA Multan... Although if I had funds available, I would go for both... Both have very good potential in long term...

Mr. Khan you rightly said DHA Peshawar is right now unpredictable, although they got such a warm response from people, but still there is no any response from DHA Peshawar for those who invested, still things are uncertain, 1 kanal plots are available in abundance in market, they still didn't disclose any figures, number of 10M/1Kanal plots.

I believe DHA Peshawar don't know it's direction, they might have some land at hand but no clear plan, I believe it will remain uncertain until they sold a good number of 1 kanal plots which are in market with dealers.

Agreed Imran Khan, things are uncertain at the moment. However, DHA is there in da market and demand exists from local people. We wil c in da cmng few months how market establish its direction.

Dealers don't have files for sale.... So no rate is established as yet.

I personally feel after the 10th April, once people will pay the downpayment. After that the market will establish its direction.

I have not seen any one selling below 4 lacs for 10 marla.

I know a person who has got an offer of 470K for 10 marla, but is stick with profit of 500K.

I'm another unsuccessful candidate for DHA Pesh. Right now, I'm contemplating whether to go ahead and purchase balloted file from the market or not.

What would you guys suggest, 10M or 1K? I can hold it for 3-4yrs.

Looking for a positive response.

Also, any trusted dealers? Any risks buying directly from an individual?
