In a positive development for the affectees of sectors E-19, E-10, and D-11, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has converted the land-use of sector H-16 from institutional to residential.
CDA’s sector H-16 was previously under the institutional land-use and half of it was a buffer zone. Now, the authority is planning on developing a public park in one of its sub-sectors, and construct a jail in another. In the remaining two sub-sectors of sector H-16, the CDA will accommodate the affectees of the sectors E-9, E-10 and D-11.
