There is a bit of news for the capital smart city investors – those who have booked their plots and villas from january 1 onwards – members are requested to submit their confirmation amounts and pending instalments before june 6.
The notification further directs member who have booked 5 marla plots and units in the villa apartment to pay their confirmation dues and membership fees by the same extended deadline – which was extended from may 31 due to the eid holidays.
For those capital smart city investors who are to submit their confirmation charges and membership fees from june 1 are also asked to comply with the deadline communicated in their booking receipt or their membership will be cancelled.
