In pursuance of its efforts geared towards the development of Pakistan’s real estate sector, Zameen.com has carried out a number of initiatives. The Zameen Affiliates Programme is among many such efforts undertaken by the brand.
Through this programme, the company invites interested individuals to learn about numerous real estate projects exclusively marketed or developed by it. People can become affiliates through a programme registration process involving Propforce.com, Zameen’s online platform for the Affiliates Programme. The company then allows them to sell inventory of the presented projects and earn commissions on successful deals.
In order to become an affiliate, the persons concerned sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Zameen.com. In a follow-up step, these individuals receive the exclusive permission to market and sell inventories of the relevant property projects.
Further, the company notifies the affiliates of the ‘Schedule of Commissions’. This eliminates much confusion with regard to the commissions since the amount earned can vary from project to project.

Highlights from the Latest Business Connect Event
Recently, Business Connect came to Sahiwal for the first time ever. Around 80 affiliates attended the session held at the Grand City Sahiwal on October 29.
As per the norm, the event commenced with an orientation speech by Manager Affiliates Network Agha Sultan; followed by addresses from Regional Sales Manager Muzaffar Majeed and Senior Business Development Manager Asim Ali Raza.
The officials explained what the Affiliates Programme was, its history, how it worked, and how the different individuals could benefit from it. The attendees learnt about the specific policies and procedures of the programme.
A project sales session followed the orientation. The officials concerned presented the projects currently available in Sahiwal for earning commissions. The audience learnt about the various benefits pertaining to the inventories as well as their promotions in each of the real estate projects available.
Further, the company management conducted a ‘fun quiz’ on what the attendees had learnt about the programme. A winner was announced following this interactive session; who received a souvenir mug. The rest of the participants at the event received goody bags.
The event concluded with the provision of delicious and hearty refreshments for all.
The Future of Business Connect
