As 2019 neared its end, the Zameen Business Connect Event returned to Faisalabad on the 24th of December at the Dawood Heights site office location. This was the fifth event of its kind to be held, so far, in the city – one which saw Zameen.com respond to increased local demand for the initiative.
Zameen Business Connect Event: An Intro
Over the years, Zameen.com has turned its Business Connect events into a regular, nationwide occurrence – having held it in several major cities of the country. With this venture, the organization has successfully created a platform for bringing together the experts from each city’s real estate marketplace. The event offers an opportunity for its attendees to meet and interact with each other – sharing their expertise and building strong connections for the welfare of Pakistan’s property industry.
Since the initiative has developed its roots within the real estate marketplace of different cities, with each successive iteration, it has registered an increase in the number of people attending.
Another aim of the event is to share the word of its Zameen Affiliates Programme. This company initiative aims to facilitate both real estate agents and everyday individuals into earning a profit (in the form of commissions) via the promotions and sales of real estate projects exclusively marketed by Zameen.com.
How to become part of the Zameen Affiliates Programme
Geared towards benefitting as many real estate stakeholders as possible, the company has designed the program with user (Affiliate) simplicity in mind. A person interested in joining only has to sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Zameen.com to be considered for enrolment. Upon signing, these individuals gain the ‘Affiliate’ status – which translates into them gaining the express permission to promote and sell relevant company property projects.
The program requires no long-term real estate market or industry experience, which makes it even easier for registered individuals to earn profits.
The amount of commissions granted depends on the particular project under consideration. For checking any instances of confusion, the company issues a ‘Schedule of Commissions’ beforehand to the program’s participants.
Fifth Session of the Zameen Business Connect Event in Faisalabad
Like its previous four iterations, the fifth Business Connect session in Faisalabad also fared as a success. Conducted at the site office of Dawood Heights, the project was the spotlight among the many projects available for the Affiliates Network.
Various Zameen Officials spoke at the occasion. These included Assistant Manager Affiliate Network Saqib Anwar, Senior Business Development Manager Rana Farrukh, Business Development Managers Shahbaz Munir and Faraz Parvez, and Zonal Manager Ali Abbas. Meanwhile, 80 Affiliates attended the event.
Assistant Manager Affiliate Network Saqib Anwar kicked off the proceedings with an engaging orientation session. He briefed the audience regarding the history and success of the programme and stressed on its organizational details to help the attendees understand how they can benefit from it.
This introductory presentation was followed by the Project Sales session – which included the dissemination of important information pertaining to the various real estate projects within Faisalabad available for the Affiliates to promote and sell. The speakers particularly highlighted Dawood Heights, a mixed-use project by Habibi Developers & Builders (exclusively marketed by Zameen.com).
