Zameen Developments Lays Foundation for Punjab’s Most Ambitious Skyscraper – Zameen Arx

On Tuesday, February 4, 2025; Zameen Developments marked a significant milestone with the ground-breaking ceremony of Zameen Arx, Punjab’s largest vertical project, held at the Central Business District (CBD) Lahore.

The event was graced by Zameen.com’s Founder and CEO, Zeeshan Ali Khan, CEO Zameen REIT Adil Kamal, and Zameen Developments’ Senior Director Mariam Saleem along with their team. Besides the officials from Zameen.com, CBD CEO Imran Amin also shared the space during the ground-breaking.

Zameen Developments officially unveiled its latest project, Zameen Arx, laying the foundation and sharing comprehensive details with the public. Located at the prestigious Punjab Business Bay within CBD, this iconic skyscraper is set to redefine Lahore’s skyline and has already garnered significant attention from investors since its announcement.

During the ceremony, it was revealed that the 420-foot-tall Zameen ARX will comprise 33 floors, offering a mix of premium retail spaces, food courts, restaurants, state-of-the-art offices, studios, and 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, alongside luxurious penthouses. The project aims to cater to modern residential and commercial needs while setting new standards in urban development.

Imran Amin, CEO of CBD Punjab, congratulated Zameen Developments on bringing this visionary project to life.
