Remember when you wanted to sell your house, posted an Ad on Zameen.com, and got no leads? Like you, many others are posting an Ad on Zameen.com simultaneously in the same area. It is practically impossible for the application to prioritise the Ads.
Alternatively, let’s say you’ve already invested in Zameen.com advertising package and your ads are live. You have used all of your available credits, but you urgently need to boost that one ad.
Previously, you had to go through a process to call and purchase extra credit, but that is no longer the case.
Presenting, “Zameen Quota and Credit“.
You can buy a Quota to post your ad, boost it, or even post a story about it. All of this is possible within the application since you can purchase Quota/Credits directly from it!
How is it done?
Well, it’s pretty simple. First, you need to have an account on Zameen.com.
Now from the hamburger menu, go to “Quota and Credits”.
Voila!! So many options. Let’s explore them.
Listing Quota
You need to buy “Listing Quota” to post your ad on Zameen.com. How is it done? Pretty Simple!
Select BUY NOW.
Add as many Listing Quotas to your cart as you want. You will get one ad listing slot for one year against one quota.
Enter your card details and SWIPE.
Now that you are done with the first step. You must want to sell your property fast, right?
Here come Zameen Credits.
Zameen Credits
Credits help you boost your listing and reach more buyers. Credits can only be applied to already-post listings.
We have two types of credits:
Hot Credit
Superhot Credit
Make a decision that best suits your needs.
Refresh Credit
With the refresh, your listing will again go on top whenever you refresh it.
Story Credit
Lastly, we have “Story Credit”.
What does it mean?
I am sure you have heard about the most hyped STORIES by now. If you want your Ad to stand out from the crowd and pique the user’s attention, try posting it on the story. It’s eye-catching so that users won’t miss it, and it’ll boost your exposure by a factor of 10.
You can buy story credit and post your ad to the story on the Zameen property listing page. At most six-story ads can be posted at once on a single property listing.
Removal of Multiple Listings at Once
Zameen.com is the most popular real estate website in the country. Every day, tens of thousands of users post hundreds of real estate ads. Once your property has been sold, you no longer want to receive calls inquiring about it, right?
Deleting your adverts one by one might be time-consuming. Zameen.com has introduced a new feature allowing users to delete multiple properties simultaneously to address this issue.
Report Property Listings to the Zameen Team
You can now report an ad if you discover that the advertised property has already been rented or sold, the pictures do not match the description, the asking price is too high, the details provided are incorrect, or the advertiser has not responded to your inquiries.
You can easily report an Ad by scrolling down and selecting the “Report this listing” option.
Now select the reason for reporting the listing.
