Furthermore, Lahore Development Authority (LDA) approval for these two blocks is also under process.
The society is pretty much in shape and home to around 30 families. With major developments planned in the near future, Bahria Nasheman could easily benefit from its accessible location on Ferozepur Road and also the fact that many people already call it home.

Grand Avenues Housing Scheme
The society was launched in 2011 and ever since then, rates here have gone up by three times. It shares its boundary with the Defence Housing Authority (DHA)’s upcoming Phase X, property files for which are being traded in the market. The society has completed its formalities to get an NOC from the LDA, which is now taking its time to issue the approval.
Demand here is higher for developed and on-ground plots in Blocks A and B. In the meanwhile, the society continues to attract more people looking to construct their homes right away. At the moment, 30 applications for map approval for houses rest with the developer. The society is already home to around 50 families.
