Remember that the down payment must be made within the first 30 days of the balloting in DHA Bahawalpur and the remaining amount will be distributed in 12 equal quarterly instalments.

Terms and Conditions of Balloting in DHA Bahawalpur
Those who had sent in their applications and had been looking forward to balloting in DHA Bahawalpur must also take a look at the terms and conditions of the event. If you are a successful applicant, then you will have to make the payment as mentioned in the table above. Details regarding the legal consequences of not making payments on time and how it can affect the allotment of plots are all mentioned in the following terms and conditions set by DHA Bahawalpur:
- Farmhouses and plots that are offered in this project will be based on ownership. The allotment shall be done through balloting.
- Equal quarterly installments must be paid by the 5th of each month with the help of a pay order.
- It is important to make timely payments. In case the successful applicant fails to do so, even after the issuance of the final notice, the allotment of plots will be declined or canceled. The amount deposited by the buyer will be refunded only after the project is completed. Around 20% of the total cost will be deducted from the amount refunded.
- The successful applicant will pay for the documentation charges and all other miscellaneous expenses to the management of DHA Bahawalpur.
- Remember that the cost of the unit does not include ground rent, registration and expenses, lease execution, electric, water and meter charges.
- The successful applicant will have to pay all kinds of taxes, and related charges, levied by federal and/or provincial bodies as well as municipal bodies. In case these authorities introduce new charges, the allottee will have to pay those as well.
- According to DHA regulations, the registered persons or members are requested to make payments as per the schedule. A surcharge of 18% per annum would be levied whenever there is a delay.
- For corner plots, additional charges, nearly 10 percent, must be paid with the final installment.
- DHA also reserves the rights to alter the allotment of plots or relocate the plots. Any development charges can also be imposed.
- Allotment letters will be formally issued when the payment of development and miscellaneous charges are paid by the allottee.
