Wapda City
This society has occupied the top rank in October and retained this position throughout the last year. Wapda City is located on Canal Road near Gatwala and it features Blocks A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K, L, and M. According to Waqar Ahmed of KK Estate, the society is 100% developed with possession available throughout the project. At the moment, 35% of the project has been inhabited. Here are the rates:

According to Muhammad Shehzad of Advice Estate, FDA City is 85% developed, with possession being granted for the developed plots. It has blocks A (A-1 –A-7), B (B-1 – B-4,) C (C-1 – C-6), D (D-1 – D-6), E (E-1- E-6) and F (F-1 –F-7). Here are the current market rates of these plots:

Punjab Government Servants Housing Scheme was launched five years ago and is located on Satiana Road. According to Sardar, 70% of this society’s area is developed, with possession available for this part. The society doesn’t have connections available for electricity at the moment but work is in progress and Sardar expects some positive development on it in a few months. Here are the rates:

Satiana Road has been gradually gaining popularity index points throughout the year to final land among the top five most popular areas to buy plots in Faisalabad. The neighbourhood of this road is fairly popular among developers looking to launch their new societies. Many established housing societies such as Citi Housing, Sitara Diamond City, Tech Town, Sitara Gold City, and Blossom Avenue are already located here, while many developers are also eyeing the agricultural land here to launch their own projects, Qasim told us. The per acre rate of land here falls between PKR 10,000,000 – PKR 20,000,000.
