Talking about E-11 Sector, I have an observation. The rents and value of residential flat is not good in this sector. People prefer homes/houses compared to flats. Rental values of flats have gone down in past one year. Many flats have become vacant. How do you analyze the future of apartments/flats in E-11 sector?
Given the choice, many people in Punjab choose to live in a house, not flat.
The major reason why families don’t have a tendency to live in an apartment complex is the lack of security and privacy. The buildings that take care of these things do enjoy high occupancy rate.
I will certainly cover Sector E-11 apartment projects in a separate post soon, Insha’Allah.
Please focus and give insight upon “Khudadad Heights E-11” Apartments when you cover E-11 apartments soon.
Thanks.
