Bismillah Housing Scheme is located near GT Road, Manawa Police Training Centre. This location offers the best option for all those looking to spend a good, quiet time with their families, away from the congested city life. Development work here has also been underway at a fast pace, making it one of the most sought-out properties in the city.
Project details
The scheme has 11 blocks; A, B, C, Jinnah, Iqbal, Haider, Abu Bakr, Ali Waleed, Hassan, Hussain and Bilal. Development work, construction of roads and streets, as well as utility connections of water and electricity have been done almost everywhere. In Bilal block, construction of roads is ongoing, and it will be some time before everything is complete.
Bismillah Housing Scheme provides electricity connections, however, water supply to the scheme hasn’t been made, and people residing here have to get water on their own through boring for underground water. As for the gas connection, a recent meeting between the administration has called for work to initiate on it soon, however, according to Faisal Saeed from Awan Real Estate, no work has been initiated. On the other hand, Mian Ali from Hadi Estates has taken this meeting as a positive sign and said that with this, efforts for the gas supply will soon materialise.
The project features residential properties (constructed villas and plots), as well as commercial options (shops and plazas). As possession is available throughout, a large number of houses have been built by people here already.

The prices of plots in initial blocks is much higher than those in the relatively new ones. According to Saeed, a new range of properties of 3-marla plots are also being established. Prices are as follows:

These houses aren’t constructed by the builders, but by real estate agents dealing here. This means that these are for resale, however, the houses are all brand new and the construction standard is state-of-the-art.
Commercial property is also doing very well here. Prices range from PKR 12,500,000 to PKR 25,000,000. According to Saeed, elections haven’t affected Bismillah Housing Scheme as much as everyone was hoping for. However, it is expected that as soon as the authorities prioritise on completely developing the scheme in terms of its utility connections, the sooner activity here will swing back up. While trading persists, most genuine buyers feel that because their utility needs aren’t met, they’d be unable to settle here.

The prices are relatively higher. You can get decent plots and houses in the same price on main Canal Bank road in Royal Garden which is located behind American School. You may also check SkyLand housing scheme as well.
