Why should you consider it for your home?
As it is located just off Raiwind Road, on Sharif Medical City Road, it is surrounded by some of the top housing schemes of city including Bahria Town, AWT Phase II, NFC Phase II, Beacon Housing Society, and Lake City, so all the amenities and facilities are located nearby. It also has easy access to the Lahore Ring Road, giving it easy access to the city centre.
According to Yasir, there are several factors that will attract potential buyers including its affordability. He gave the examples of AWT Phase II which is nearby, but he said that unlike Sui Gas Housing Society Phase II, which has direct access to Bahria Town and all its amenities, AWT Phase II does not have any direct access. Not to mention, Sui Gas Society already is and eventually, in its final shape, will be much better than AWT Housing Society. He also expected that the electrification in Sui Gas Housing Society may be made underground, which will only add to the aesthetics of the society. Even currently, the roads in Sui Gas are planned to be wider and the society more beautiful than AWT Phase II.
Meanwhile, in comparison to Lake City, the prices in Sui Gas Society Phase II are much lower making it perfect for anyone looking for an affordable plot to build a home in 2-3 years, according to Yasir.

Farhad Bhai… i have been holding two (one kanal) plots in Suigas phase-2 since 2015… Its been fours years since I am waiting for electrification and possession to be given by the society… but their managment tends to work on a snail’s pace even slower…
do you have confirm reports that its electrification work is officially started by LESCO ? what i have heard is only boundary wall made around grid station site.. after that nothing is happening at the moment…
