The renovation of I J Principal Road, which connects Islamabad Expressway with GT Road near the eastern edge of Sector I-14, has also spiced things up for plot owners who are excited about the steady growth being observed in this sector’s property values. This road’s renovation will significantly reduce the distance of Sector I-14 from the central areas of Islamabad.

Since I-14 is a low-cost CDA sector, plots here are smaller in size, ranging between 3 to 9 marlas. Rates of these plots vary per their location and I have noticed that the western side of this sector is cheaper than the eastern side. This is because from the GT Road, the main entrance route that leads to I-14 is in the east.

My assessment is based on the fact that the neighbourhood of this sector is seeing decent activity spurred by infrastructural developments, thanks to the New Islamabad International Airport. Moreover, finding smaller and affordable plots in a CDA sector that is completely developed is a tough deal to bag these days.
Development status
Sector I-14 is completely developed and electricity, gas and water in place. Possession for all plots is also available and many families are currently residing here, enjoying the perfect CDA planning on a smaller budget.
Investment tip
I have learnt that the plots located in lanes that lie around Rifah International University are more in demand as this area is close to the route that connects I-14 with GT Road. Due to this reason, the more expensive options also lie in this particular area.
If you wish to purchase plot with the intention to build your home soon, the traffic in this part of the sector may bother you, so I recommend you pick something at a bit of a distance from here, perhaps north of Rifah University. For investment purposes – with the short to medium term in mind – the central parts of I-14 will fetch good gains, Insha’Allah.

it seems the report is not based on facts, almost all the roads in I-14 are badly broken specially near School opp Riphah. There is no water lines what to talk of gas facility. These property (Praee patti dealers) just lure in simple people to get there own commision by trnsfering plots in different hands only.

It has already been constructed from I-14 to I-16 through I-15
Instead of I-14, I think I-16 is the best option for investment as well as living purpose. the land of I-14 is filled by garbage of Rwp/Isb. the streets are too narrow, as it is 30 feet wide whereas I-16 land is solic with 40feet wide streets.
