Development and land acquisition updates
Block F had some land acquisition issues previously and that is why parts of it had remained undeveloped previously. Now, according to Toor, the land acquisition has been completed and development is taking place. Work on the roads is being completed currently, according to the interviewed experts.
On the other hand, quick development has been taking place in Block G. Roads are being carpeted and sewerage lines have been laid.
A housing scheme for genuine buyers
The housing scheme no longer interests investors much because most of its blocks have reached maturity. A number of houses are being constructed around the project in different blocks. Prices aren’t fluctuating much either. Moreover, all of the basic utilities and amenities are available. Being a project of Habib Rafiq (pvt) Ltd. adds further value to it. For those who may not know, they specialise in infrastructural development of world-class housing societies.
Located near Multan Public School Road, Mattital Road and Northern Bypass, the location is fairly accessible location. Bahahuddin Zakariya University is located not far while easily accessible Bosan Road has all the right schools, restaurants and almost every other amenity. It is one of the top options to consider for anyone looking to construct their home in Multan right now.

I am member of a private housing scheme (Royal Orchard, Multan),I have a residential Plot in it. Royal Orchard is a private limited company.
Royal Orchard issues a transfer letter in the name of a buyer after clearance of all payable dues.
Now super court of Pakistan has made a decision that all private housing schemes will make Register Sales Deed / Mutation with buyer and this is only a legal way to Transfer your property to your name.
Board of Revenue has also issued notice to all private housing scheme that they will made registered sales deed & mutation with their buyers instead of Transfer Letter.
Management of Royal Orchard is not willing to make registered sales deed with their buyers and they are forcing that they will only issue Transfer letter to us.
I am satisfied with Royal Orchard Society and want to live in it. the only issued is its legal issue.
Can any one please guide me that what should I do? Should I retain my plot in Royal Orchard or sell it?
Can Govt. force such housing Schemes to make Registry / Mutation with buyers?
is Transfer Letter legal Document?
am I fully protected?
Should I Trust Royal Orchard management regarding their point of view regarding Transfer letter instead of registry/mutation?
Please help me….please
No more internal transfer……Need Registered Sales Deed/Mutation for Transfer of Land to your name. why Royal Orchard not follow this rule
