Official Passport: It is the type of passport used by government high-ranking officials like the Senators, Members of National and Provincial Assemblies, and Judges of the Supreme Court and High Courts in Pakistan. This passport comes with a blue outer cover.

For Applicants (18 Years Or Above)
- Bank Challan (receipt) of fee deposit
- CNIC/NICOP with its 2-photocopies
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) in case of a Government Servant

For Applicants Under 18 Years of Age
