Approval status

Investing in unapproved housing projects is no longer considered a wise move. And finding one with all NOCs cleared is a major quest. But Palm City is covered on all ends; it has Lahore Development Authority’s NOC (LDA/DMP-II/581). The authority has also sanctioned the developer, Paramount Associates, to proceed with selling out its inventory.

In addition to that, Palm City also has approvals from Federal Board of Revenue, Revenue Department, Pakistan Horticulture Authority, Environment Protection Agency, and the Irrigation Department. While providers of utility services including Water and Sanitation Agency, Lahore Electric Supply Company, and Lahore Waste Management Company have also issued the needed approvals for Palm City.

With everything put in place in terms of related approvals, Paramount Associates launched Palm City in March 2018.

Pricing and payment

Out of the offered options, the inventory for 10-marla residential plots has been sold out. The other options are fast running out. Since possession is available and booking is open, construction work on many houses has been started. And those looking to make payment in lump sum can avail 6% discount.
