The balloting for Naval Anchorage Gwadar took place in December 2017, whereas the groundbreaking ceremony was held in February 2018.
The Naval Anchorage Gwadar master plan was also launched shortly afterwards.
Though the project is still in its early stages of development, the infrastructure is being laid out in Sector A while the main boulevard and roads are also being paved.

can anyone explain why the price for the cash files drops from 17 lac to below 12 lack, does it mean peoples are not interested in this project anymore??? deduction in the price of cash files for more than 5 lac is huge and there must be clear reasons…. why those who buy 5M in 19 while 10M in 18 or so…
