How to Pay Your Bills through NADRA e-Sahulat?
NADRA e-Sahulat has made paying utility bills much more convenient.
Consumers of all the electric distribution companies under WAPDA, Karachi Electric, Sui Gas Companies, Telecom Operators and Water and Sanitation Boards can now pay their dues by visiting their nearest e-Sahulat franchise at any time of the day throughout the week.
Here is a step-by-step process for paying bills through e-Sahulat:
Step 1: Visit your nearest e-Sahulat franchise with your utility bill and the due cash amount.
Step 2: Provide your consumer number or bill reference number to the e-Sahulat franchise to retrieve billing information.
Step 3: Verify the retrieved information, most importantly the bill number and due amount.
Step 4: If everything seems fine, make the payment and receive your receipt.
How to Transfer Money through NADRA e-Sahulat
You can now send money to family, friends or loved ones anywhere in Pakistan without any hassle through e-Sahulat Branchless Banking.
NADRA e-Sahulat has signed an agreement with HBL and JazzCash, which allows customers to send and receive the money within the country (domestic remittance) in a secure, convenient and efficient way.
How to Send Money through e-Sahulat Branchless Banking
Step 1: Visit your nearest e-Sahulat franchise with your valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and its photocopy. Expired CNICs cannot be used for domestic remittance.
Step 2: Provide the recipient’s valid NADRA CNIC number
Step 3: Provide your and recipient’s cell phone number
Step 4: Once the money is given to, both the sender and receiver will receive confirmation SMS messages containing the transaction ID
Step 5: The e-Sahulat system will generate a 5-digit code and send it directly to the receiver’s mobile number
How to Receive Money through e-Sahulat Branchless Banking
Step 1: Visit any e-Sahulat franchise with your valid CNIC and its photocopy.
Step 2: Provide the Transaction ID and the 5-digit code communicated by the sender
How to Donate through NADRA e-Sahulat
NADRA e-Sahulat also offers a donation collection service that makes sure your money reaches different organizations through a secure channel.

How to Submit Fees through NADRA e-Sahulat
If you are a student at the Virtual University of Pakistan, you can use the e-Sahulat network to pay your fee by visiting your nearest e-Sahulat franchise.
Here is the complete process to submit university fees through the e-Sahulat service.
Step 1: Bring your fee voucher to any e-Sahulat outlet in Pakistan
Step 2: Provide your reference or voucher number to the franchisee in order to retrieve the free information
Step 3: Once you verify the fee information, submit the amount to the franchisee
Step 4: After your fee is paid successfully, you will receive a payment receipt to confirm the transaction.
Furthermore, if you have applied for a new CNIC or a NICOP through NADRA’s online Pak Identity system, you can use the e-Sahulat network to pay the ID issuance fee. All e-Sahulat franchises in Pakistan are equipped to collect the fee through Biometric and Tracking ID of the citizen who has applied for the new card.

NADRA e-Sahulat Verification and Registration
The e-Sahulat platform also offers citizens the NADRA CNIC verification, which allows people to verify the particulars of another citizen’s CNIC before making any monetary transactions or signing any business agreements. This facility aims to ensure a safe and secure ownership transfer, purchase of vehicle, business and sales transactions and employee recruitment among others.
Moreover, NADRA also provides registration services at its e-Sahulat franchises for various government initiatives, such as the Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme.
What are NADRA e-Sahulat Kiosks?
NADRA e-Sahulat kiosks are small outlets that have been installed at public places in major cities under its widespread franchise network. These kiosks have a secure connection to the NADRA database, which allows citizens to manage their utility bills and other transactions online.

Property owners in the province can visit any of the designated e-Sahulat Centres in Punjab and pay only PKR 100 in fee to retrieve the Fard within five minutes.

Step 1: Visit the official NADRA e-Sahulat portal

Step 4: Fill the online form by entering your personal details, business information and two references in the relevant fields
Step 5: Submit your online application
