I must tell you that hard wood floors have 2000 years life which i saw in Thai temples where floors are still same as new. Interwood, Buru wood and alliance wood stopped manufacturing solid wood because they couldn’t find skilled laborers. I have worked only with two architects in the last 13 years, one is A.R Faheem from Lahore and other one is A.R Usama bin Murad from Islamabad.

    My solid wood flooring price ranges between PKR 400 and PKR 900 per square foot. Laminated is good but not china floors. I have wood from Thailand and Germany whose price falls between PKR 170 and PKR 325 per square foot . I have vinyle from veitnam at PKR 190 per square fèet (20 years life).
