- December 2015: Booking for 1 kanal and 10 marla residential plots closed
- March 2016: Application acceptance via balloting and result announced on the 4th of the same month
- March 2016: Issuance of intimation letters for 1 kanal and 10 marla plots in Phase 1, DHA Defence, Peshawar to successful candidates, along with the payment schedule and membership forms
- May 2016: Plot transfer process initiated
- August 2017: Proposal of developmental work including road networks & footpaths, water supply system, and overhead water tanks and drainage, waste management, and sewerage systems.
- December 2017: MoU signed between FWO Brigadier Ashfaq Maitla and Administrator DHA Peshawar Brigadier M. Riaz Ahmed. Developmental work was started on the 25th of the same month
- December 2017: Second phase of balloting
- September 2018: Inauguration of the main entrance of the society
- October 2018: Developmental work in Sector A & B in its final stages
- May 2019: Development work for Sector C and Sector D begins
- November 2019: Plot possession in Block A and Block B
