METRO
METRO supermarket in Karachi is owned and managed by Metro-Habib Group. The first-ever branch of METRO was established on University Road near Safari Park in 2007. However, after the merger with Makro-Habib group in 2012, the chain of METRO departmental stores spread in different parts of the city. As of now, there are three branches of METRO in Karachi including the oldest one which is located on University Road. The other two stores are on Shahrah-e-Faisal and Malir Cantt Road.

Chase Value
Another popular departmental store with the word “Chase” in its name is Chase Value. The first outlet of Chase Value was opened in the city back in 2009 on the main Khalid Bin Waleed road. According to the super store’s official website, it offers more than 8000 products that fall under hundreds of categories.
Unlike other hypermarkets that we have mentioned in the list so far, Chase Value doesn’t offer edible groceries. Major product categories available in the store include cosmetics, clothing, home decor, and fashion accessories among other items.
