Nice article samra..u mentioned every single society of zone 2which will get benefit when airport inaugurated but u didn’t mention cabinet division housing society.. Why is that.. Read all of ur articles but u guys never mentioned cabinet division society.. Did zameen. Com had a fight with cabinet society.. What’s the reason Samra..or this society don’t have any potential of benefits..

There is no development in these societies, the developers just continue to collect investments from Investors.

To my surprise the accuracy and relevance of the societies and their potential gain after some time a very nice analysis. Only thing I would like to ask to further breakdown for the price comparison/analysis specially Eighteen. Societies like SLIC Or Engineers one need more marketing as SLIC may be not able to market as they are restricted being employees society. What is expert opnion specially fro SLIC , Al Meraj Garden and CBR Town. Once again congratulations and bravo for your effort.
