Zameen.com, through the hosting of another successful Pakistan Property Show – Dubai (PPS – 2019) event in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), has once again proved that it remains the leading and most-innovative brand in Pakistan’s real estate sector.
This year’s property gala makes up the third edition of the annual Pakistan Property Show series conducted by the company in the Gulf since 2017.
The last weekend, as could be expected, turned out to be really exciting for UAE-based Pakistanis who always maintain a vested interest in acquiring real estate assets in their homeland; due largely to the fact that the event – organized on December 6 and 7 at the World Trade Center, Dubai – offered them valuable insights into promising residential and commercial projects currently up for grabs in Pakistan.
This blog provides a complete summation of everything noteworthy that took place at the show – so if you’re interested in acquiring an accurate picture of how the event unfolded (with possible clues on what can be expected from next year’s proceedings), this read is one you don’t want to miss!
Recapping some epic moments from PPS Dubai – 2019
The two-day property show was launched at Za’abeel Hall 5 of the Dubai World Trade Centre, around 10 am on Friday (December 6). The event featured over 64 exhibitors showcasing some of the most notable real estate projects in Pakistan.
Visitors were enthralled by stalls from prominent development schemes like Eighteen, Capital Smart City, Burj-ul-Harmain, Omega Mall, Etihad Garden, Prime City, Mallcade, Mid City, Defence Raya, Al-Hayat Residencia, Zameen Ace Mall, The Opus, Mall 35, Indigo Boutique Apartments, Zameen Opal, and Pine Wood Resort – among others.
PPS Dubai – 2019 was inaugurated by the CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) Dubai, H.E Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita. The other notable attendees at the event included prominent media personalities like Moeed Pirzada, Waseem Badami and Mansoor Ali Khan.
Participation of the government’s privatisation commission
For the first time, the Pakistani government also had representation in this year’s Pakistan Property Show. In light of Prime Minister Imran Khan’s recent decision to sell underutilized government buildings (amounting to billions of rupees) and channelling the profits generated for public welfare, the Privatisation Commission exhibited a few of these structures at the event to attract buyer-interest.
The Director-General of Privatisation Commission Iftikhar Hussain Naqvi appreciated the scope of the platform and declared PPS Dubai – 2019 to be an ideal opportunity for local developers to interact with overseas Pakistanis.
Staying true to the expectations of countless people seeking to make their entry into the national property market, the two-day event witnessed a combined footfall of 20,000+ people. These visitors were catered to by some of the most experienced real estate developers, consultants, builders, and experts from the country – who guided them into making informed investment decisions.
An overview of Zameen.com’s property exhibitions
Pakistan’s top property portal began conducting these events back in 2013 – which are locally organized under the ‘Zameen Expo’ show title. The company’s PPS undertakings represent the international chapter of this property-promotions effort – conducted annually in the country’s major metropolitan centres (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and others).
These shows attract thousands of visitors with each spectacle; with 20 such large-scale property exhibits having been organized in both Pakistan and Dubai to date.
Zameen.com has always strived to ensure that these events provide an all-inclusive platform for both property buyers and sellers to meet mid-way and make mutually-profitable transactions.
Zameen.com’s marketing slogan ‘Har Pata, Humain Pata Hai’ isn’t just another brand claim designed to generate publicity; it is a guiding principle that dictates continued practice!
It is an aspiring catchphrase that drives thousands of talented people — members of Team Zameen — to work round-the-clock to ensure that no Pakistani’s dream home remains out of reach.
The company’s Pakistan Property Show events, as such, serve to further this ideal — facilitating its realization.
