However, according to Rana Muhammad Saleem from Rana Estate Deal, none of these issues are significant enough to affect the society for long. Meanwhile, a reputed real estate agent felt that the situation has recently improved as a result of the developer’s efforts and adjustment plans that the society had launched last year.
Development
Initially, the development had been fast-paced, Basra stated, following as it did on the heels of much fanfare for the society. However, he felt that the development has been rather slow in the last year. Nevertheless, the gate has been installed and the main boulevard completed. A park has also been developed and streetlights installed on the main boulevard. So things have been moving forward for the society.
Similarly, Basra reported that a map had also been launched by the society, which was being used to begin allotting the plots to buyers. Finally, Basra also said that most of the land for the society has been acquired which is good news for everyone involved.
Expected Development
While the situation has been slightly slow, there are high expectations for the future. The developers, Saleem explained, are reliable and they are certainly going to follow through on their promise of developing a high-end, luxurious society including a comprehensive 24 hour security system, mosque, parks, and underground electrification.
What to look forward to?
Saleem recommended long-term investment in the society. The situation is rather slow at the moment, he explained, but the brand name of Fazaia and the backing of Samhan Group will ensure that the society is going to recover from its stupor soon. However, this might take at least a year or even two. According to him, while Fazaia Housing Scheme Sargodha is an option you can consider for investment, the fact that it will take time before it bears fruit should be kept in mind.

dear it is too far from city may be take more than 10 years to develop and people move there for living
prices are decreased, recently two months before i check rate was there 12 Lakh rupees only, of 5 marla Plot
All are lame excuses, they are just playing with ppl’s emotions. Ppl have invested in this project and they did not get anything in return.
PPl may wait little more but Fazaia must fulfill its promises.
