About Expo Centre Lahore
Lahore Expo Centre is a project of Pakistan Expo Centres Private Limited, a corporate entity with the shareholding of federal and provincial governments. Located in Johar Town, this complex was designed by National Engineering Services Pakistan (NESPAK) in collaboration with Nayyar Ali Dada & Associates. The construction of the convention centre began in 2007, though it became operational in May 2010.
This purpose-built facility is used to hold trade shows, consumer fairs, cultural carnivals, professional exhibitions, conventions and seminars, training programmes, workshops, university convocations, corporate events in Lahore, to name a few.
Almost all trade and lifestyle exhibitions in Lahore are held here.
Lahore International Expo Centre comprises the following facilities:

Expo Centre Lahore Location
Lahore International Expo Centre is located in the upscale and well-developed neighbourhood of Johar Town, Lahore, at the junction of Abdul Haque Road and Shahrah Nazria-e-Pakistan. Emporium Mall, one of the top shopping malls in Lahore, and Nishat Hotel, which is considered as one of the best hotels in the city, are both situated at a 10-minute walk from Expo Centre Lahore. The complex is also linked to the main Canal Road through the Expo Centre Road.

Exhibition Halls
There are a total of three exhibition halls in Expo Centre Lahore, namely Hall 1, Hall 2, and Hall 3. Here are their specifications and details.
While the floor plan for each exhibition hall slightly differs from the others, the area size, as well as the available utilities, remain the same.
Each exhibition hall is about 100 metres long and 52 metres wide with a height of 23 metres. The total exhibition area of each hall is about 4000 sq meters, including 2928 sq metres of area with a clear height of about 10.6 metres (35 feet) and 972 sq metre of area under mezzanine with the clear height of 4 metres (13 feet).
Cleaning services are also provided to the event organiser following the build-up of stalls as well as during event days.
Every exhibition hall in Expo Centre Lahore has meeting rooms, conference rooms, event organizer offices with telephone and fax services, cafeteria, coffee shop, first aid room, and bathrooms. Moreover, there are three visitor gates and two cargo gates in each hall as well, along with other facilities.
Convention Hall
The convention hall at Expo Centre Lahore consists of two auditoriums, a foyer used for dining services, a Summit Room and six meeting rooms.
Auditorium 1 has a seating capacity of 820 people, whereas Auditorium 2 features 200 seats. Both of the auditoriums offer the following facilities in Expo Centre Lahore:
- A stage
- Stage Seats with front tables
- Rostrum
- Multimedia and projector
- Sound System for speeches
- Cordless microphones
- Backstage room with attached bathroom
- Visitor bathrooms
Meanwhile, the Summit Room contains a rectangular table with 44 seats along with 60 individual seats behind the table. This room also comes with facilities such as multimedia and projector, sound system, cordless microphones and bathrooms.
Lahore International Expo Centre also features two large and four small meeting rooms. The large meeting rooms have the capacity for 25 seats with front tables or 60 individual seats, while small meeting rooms have the capacity for 10 seats with front tables or 20 individual seats. All meeting rooms provide event organizers with a rostrum as well as multimedia and projector. Each meeting room has separate bathrooms for both men and women.
General Hall
The general hall, also known as Hall A, covers an area of about 485 sq metres and is about 4.85 metres tall.

Expo Centre Lahore Tariffs
Here are the tariffs for Lahore International Expo Centre.
Exhibition Halls
Booking the space for events costs PKR 1.5 lakh per hour or PKR 12 lakh per day. It is important to mention that a day comprises 8 working hours. Meanwhile, the charges for set-up and dismantling is PKR 10,000 per hour.
Convention Hall
Booking Auditorium 01 with Foyer Area for dining costs PKR 1 lakh per hour, while booking the facility without Foyer Area costs PKR 70,000 per hour. The build-up and dismantling charges are PKR 10,000 per hour.
Since Auditorium 2 is slightly smaller, booking it with Foyer Area costs PKR 60,000 per hour. Booking the auditorium without the Foyer Area costs PKR 30,000 per hour. The build-up and dismantling charges for Auditorium 2 are PKR 5,000 per hour.
Furthermore, one can book a Summit Room for event purposes at PKR 30,000 per hour. The minimum booking time is three hours. Likewise, booking a meeting room also costs PKR 30,000 per hour.
The tariff for Lahore Expo Centre events in General Hall is PKR 25,000 per hour, whereas the build-up and dismantling charges are PKR 4,000 per hour.
