Development Updates for Emaar Panorama, Karachi
Emaar Pakistan launched its Panorama residences at the start of March 2020, with options for interested buyers to download and fill the ‘Option Agreement’ from their website. The application is to be submitted with a cheque, demand draft, bank transfer, or pay order of PKR 5 lakh at their Sales centre in Karachi or Islamabad between March 7th and 20th.
You will then receive a token number against your application. All interested applicants will then be invited to visit the Sales Centre on 21st and 22nd March for the official launch when they will also be required to pay the initial down payment of the apartment.
