- If you don’t know how to register for KE SMS service, there are two ways to get done with KE SMS registration. You can either register online through K-Electric website or via SMS.
- To register for K-Electric SMS service online, provide your KE account number and mobile phone number. After filling in the required information, you’ll get an SMS alert confirming your KE SMS registration.
- To register for K-Electric SMS service through SMS, simply type ‘REG’ and give a space then type your KE account number and send it to 8119, which is the official KE SMS number.
- To use the KE SMS number for inquiries and complaints, type ‘CHAT’ and give a space then type your message and send it to 8119.
