The New Launch
To keep investors excited, the authority regularly introduces new offers. Their latest offer includes 10-marla residential plots in Sector A of Phase IV and 4-marla, 5.33-marla, and 8-marla ready-for-possession commercial plots in various sectors:
• 5.33 Marla (G+2 & G+3): Amaltas Road, Phase 1
• 5.33 Marla (G+5): DHA Business Square, Phase V
• 8-Marla (G+5): Sector K, Phase V
• 4-Marla (G+5): DHA Expressway, Phase VI
These commercial and residential plots are available on lump sum payment as well as 1.5-year quarterly installment plan.
Application Procedure
Eligibility: All CNIC holders are eligible to apply, with no limit on the number of applications per applicant.
Registration: Applicants can register online through the DHAI-R website www.dhai-r.com.pk to submit the application along with the processing fee.
Application Forms: Application forms can also be downloaded from the website. The completed form along with the processing fee should be sent via registered/courier mail to ‘Manager Sales & Operations, Marketing Directorate, DHA Head Office, Defence Avenue, Phase I, DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi’.
Payments: Payments shall be deposited through online payment by Roshan Digital Account (RDA) holders of MCB, UBL, HBL, Meezan Bank, Faysal Bank, Bank Alfalah and Credit Cards (IPG Portal Links)/Debit Cards/UnionPay only and Non-RDA holders of HBL, Askari Bank, Bank Alfalah, Pay Order and Bank Draft in favour of ‘DHA Islamabad’ (NTN # 2291993-7) for Ph V Commercial Plots & DHA Rawalpindi (NTN # 4220394-5) for Phase I, IV and VI Residential and Commercial Plots.
Application Deadline
The last date to apply for the commercial and residential plots on offer is July 20, 2024. After the deadline, DHAI-R will hold computerized ballots to determine the allotment, with the ballot date to be announced later.
Processing Fee and Payments
Processing Fee: The non-refundable processing fee for residential plots is PKR 10,000, while for commercial plots it is PKR 15,000.
Down Payment: A 25% down payment is required within 30 days after the ballot for the installment plan.
