Update (June 23, 2020): The management of DHA Quetta has issued a reminder to the investors of Smart City Phase 1 to make their first down payment as the payment deadline expires on June 23, 2020. As per DHA Quetta’s official Facebook page, those who fail to submit their payments may be at a risk of losing their plots.
Update (March 6, 2020): The date of balloting for commercial plots, residential plots, and farmhouses has just been announced by the management of DHA Quetta. It is going to be held on March 14, 2020. However, the venue of the ballot hasn’t been disclosed yet. Moreover, the name of the applicants who have applied for DHA Quetta Smart City Phase 1 will also be picked during the event.
Update Nov 4, 2019: In a recent development, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) has finally launched its first residential project in Quetta. The authority has now invited investors to book plots allocated for residential, commercial and farmhouse use on a convenient four-year payment plan.
